LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION Just a few lines to let you know that soulfood really tapped into a level of the Spirit that reaches the youth. Youth Pastor Southaven Hey guys I would just like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for your faithful service to the Lord. It has been a blessing working together with you over the past 10 years laboring to bring in the harvest. Truly " the harvest is ripe but the laborers are few". As I recall the souls He has saved through the many outreaches, all the way back to the first Jesus in May till now, I praise God and rejoice knowing your labor of love is not in vain. There are many groups out there using the name of Jesus to make a name for themselves, but you have exalted our precious Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He said, "If I be lifted up I will draw all men unto me". I want to thank you for all your hard work at the Bolton Fall Fun Fest we estimate about 2000 people came out through the day and you guys did an awesome job glorifying the KING. Who said serving Jesus is boring? You guys have really been a vital part of making this outreach what it is and I know because of your desire to minster to others and reach the lost, God is going to do greater things through you than you've ever imagined ("...exceedingly, abundantly above all we can ask or think"). Once again you guys showed up with a spirit of unity, allowed our band to sound great and be a part of another God filled event. I am still shaking from how God moved in that place, if you didn’t feel Him we can check your pulse later!!!!! I would venture to say, that was probably the best FREEDOM IN WORSHIP experience that house had ever saw, and it was because you guys were selfless enough to bring your gear and in that spirit of unity, make the door open for God to inhabit the praises of His people and rest in that place. I know for the Pastor, this type of spirit has been a long time coming and I just wanted you guys to know what you had been a part of helping usher in. I am more excited than I have been in a long time at the network of Christian musicians God is forming...I can sense that we are experiencing the birth pains of a movement of His power that is going to transcend and transform this area into a band of worshipers that will in essence change the world.......That may seem big, but that is what we are called to, "Go into all the world and preach the Gospel".
